Easter Hot Cross Buns. Professional Chef shows you how to easily cook perfect Easter Hot Cross Buns.
A traditional light fruit bun with classic easter spices. The 'cross' on the top of Hot Cross Buns originates from Medieval times when Bakers used to cut crosses in their loaves to ward off evil spirits. The practise was banned in the 17th Century because it was thought too 'Catholic' and only special buns made for Good Friday were allowed in token of the 'Crucifixion'.

Joel slams "Jag", "25 Years of Halloween" and "The Chapelle Show: The Lost Episode". We really do go out of our way to give Joel some real tripe to work with.
The Perillo website describes today's excursion. "Lugano, a quaint lakeside town, is in the Italian speaking part of Switzerland. This morning's visit to Lugano is actually in Switzerland, but this Alpine paradise clings to its Italian roots. The natural beauty is accompanied by great shops filled with Swiss specialties --- like clocks, watches and, of course, chocolate! Tonight, fabulous food and wine at a classic Milanese restaurant."

Hey Kids! Dr. Head is back from spring break just in time for 420! "Reefer Madness" - 1936 This is the movie your parents didn't warn you about because they were too busy tokin' up! Billy & Mary are 2 suburban kids on there way to "higher learning" This was a movie that was supposed to have shown you the "evils" of marijuana, reefer, the pot, boo. Boo ? Instead this movie wound up being a promotion of pot. Using sex, cigarettes and booze to show how bad pot is, this movie is hypocritical of the fact. It is the most hysterical drug film ever made making it a cult classic. Also in this episode; The History Of Marijuana, Harry Pothead & The Magical Herb and a World Debut of Hippy Timms song "Chocolate, Taquila & Weed". Rated PG 13
Joel discusses the instability in the Middle East, particularly in Syria, that Syria is worried about possible US military action against them and that it's a given that such a notion is probably being considered by Bush Jr.
Joel discusses "My Super Ex-girlfriend", "Clerks II" and "Monster House". Joel takes some digs at Kevin Smith and analyzes the rubbery animation in a 3d kids movie.
Ride along with Sindbad in this re-telling of the classic story at "Tokyo DisneySea". This original version of the attraction debuted during the Park opening in September 2001. For more videos, check http://www.jtcent.com
