I recorded this while sitting in a hotel in Gyeongju last autumn. I was mesmerized to see the resurfacing work on this famous mosque in Mali. I'd never seen video of the structure or the people tending to it in this annual event. And of course, it was doubly fascinating because it was a Japanese TV crew taht was covering it.
