2023年6月、地域の公園の樹齢７０年程？経った桜の木々が伐採されました。 長きに亘り毎年、見事な花を咲かせ、最後の瞬間まで緑の葉を茂らせていた公園の桜の木…。 伐採された木々は幹が空洞化して、倒木寸前の状態でした。 年輪に地域の歴史を刻み、私達の暮らしを見守り続けた美しかった桜の花、実、葉…。 今では人が立ち寄る事も少なくなってしまった小さな公園ですが、私にとっては、沢山の想い出が詰まった場所で大好きな桜の木々でした。 伐採された桜の木々に感謝とお別れの気持ちを込め、制作した曲です。 一昨年、急性骨髄性悪性リンパ腫（白血病）で急逝した愛犬ハッピーとも多くの時間をこの公園で過ごしました。 重い心臓病を患うパートナーのシロも推定１４才以上となり老いて来ました。 桜の大樹の伐採に、歳月の経過を感じ追憶の涙が溢れました。 今回の歌詞は犬だけではなく、お別れした愛する全てのものが対象です。 犬・猫兄弟会は里親会なので、里親を終えた方々のグリーフケアとしても お歌の制作を通して想いを共有できたらと考え、こうした音楽表現の試みもしています。 桜の最期の姿を含めた録音ｔａｋｅ２ｖｅｒｓｉｏｎです。

数年前からなぜかサントラにハマってます。 そも歌がないので、カラオケで自己充足、というわけにもいかず気持ちの持っていき場を探っていたら、耳コピして演奏してみる、という形に落ち着きました。 オリジナルはオーケストラも入った4分超の大曲ですが、演奏がピアノだけになる終盤部分の1分ほどを演ってみました。 昨年7月にアップしたものを、リテイクしています。(583)
