『ＡＭＷ☆ＧＹＭの1ヶ月🏋』
皆さんこんにちは。
AMW GYMトレーナーの豪鬼です。
蒸し蒸しと暑い日が続きますね。
体調など崩しやすい時期ですので、健康の三要素『運動、栄養、休養』をしっかり行いましょうね。
さて。
5月の終わりからスタートしたAMW GYMでのトレーニングですが、隆太さんは今日で5回目のトレーニングを終了しました。
初めの頃より少しずつ重たいウエイトを挙げられるようになり、使っている筋肉を意識出来るようになってきました✨
まだまだ外見や数値に変化が出るには時間がかかりますが、いい調子でトレーニング出来ています！
瑞樹さんは5月、6月とそれぞれ一回ずつのセッションを行いました。
お時間の都合で高頻度ではトレーニング出来ていませんが、『肩を大きくしたい』という明確な目標があるので、それに向けて頑張っていただいています。
自分に合ったペースで。
理想の自分をイメージして。
完全フルオーダー制のマンツーマントレーニング。

私は先日、一足早く海に行ってきました。
上裸の人…私以外誰もいませんでしたが（笑）
いつでも脱げる身体でいたいですよね！！
さて。
『マシントレーニングのメリット』
マシンは背もたれなどに体を固定した状態で行えるため安定性が高く、決まった軌道を動かすだけなので安全にエクササイズを行うことが可能です。また、マシンごとに鍛えることができる筋肉が決まっているため、胸を鍛えたい場合はこのマシン、肩を鍛えたい場合はこのマシンというように、簡単にメニューを組むことができるでしょう。初心者1人でも、スムーズにトレーニングが行えます。
初心者の方は、安全にトレーニングしやすいマシントレーニングをお勧めします！
